We spend time in the lovely village of Plockton in the Northern Highlands

We stay One Night in Oban on the west coast, the gateway to the Isles, then two nights on the beautiful Isle of Skye, with its amazing scenery, the Misty Isle, one of our favorites.

We visit the Old Man or Storr and many other sites of the beautiful Isle of Skye where we stay for 2 nights.

Our travels take us to the Northern Highlands, to stay in a historical Hunting Lodge where we have the chance to see deer & other wildlife or you can go Bag a Ben (hike up a mountain). in this remote village.

Sir Walter Scott's view. One of the famous Scottish Authors favorite!

Then we travel south into the Scottish Borders, where not nearly as many tours will go to, visiting some famous homes, ruined castles and cathedrals with some great views

We love to stop at the Rest and Be Thankful and see the Old Cattle Drover's Road through the glen.

Now more off the beaten track with two nights on the northern coast between Inverness & Aberdeen, where we visit some quaint fishing villages along this beautiful coastline.

Epic train journeys on some of Scotland's Steam trains.

Our next port of call is the southwest of Scotland, where we enjoy more beautiful scenery, stay in some unique accommodations, and visit more castles and historical sites.

Old historical Sheiling, would be used to live in whilst moving your sheep.
